The staff was amicable, the room was bright, everything was great. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was really great. Besides, I parked on site. The location was amazing and particularly good, relatively near Icon Park. The restaurant was located within 400 metres.

The hotel is located just a few steps away from the lake and all the main sites and places you may wish to visit in central Verbania. The rooms are spacious and come with a nice view. The breakfast offered is very good with a huge selection of typical continental fare.

The breakfast at this charming villa was simply delicious! Each morning, I was treated to a cooked-to-order breakfast that was absolutely divine. The culinary delights were like a symphony in my mouth, with flavors that danced on my taste buds. It was as though a world-renowned chef had taken up residence in the kitchen! Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

The only downside to my stay was the occasional noise disturbance at night. Being in close proximity to a chocolate factory, the sound of machinery sometimes reached my room, making it a tad difficult to sleep.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. First of all, the attention to detail in the interior design of the villa is absolutely stunning. The rooms are impeccably clean and well designed, with a fan supplied to keep us cool during the summer heat. The hotel's location is great, within walking distance of the lively city center with its variety of shops, restaurants, and sights. Not to mention, the staff at this hotel are absolutely lovely and attentive, just as mentioned in the reviews. I had the pleasure of interacting with Monica and Ivan, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

To be honest, there was nothing about this hotel that I found lacking or in need of improvement. Everything was just right and I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
